1.      NO CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED FOR GROUP SESSIONS (for any payment structure – package or monthly).  However, UP TO THREE (3) make-up classes per term are permitted IF 24-HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN FOR ANY ABSENCE – this will be strictly enforced.  Please call or email us to arrange for make-ups.  MAKE-UPS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE SAME TERM.

2.      Payment of tuition must be made prior to the beginning of each term for package rate selection or at the last session of the previous month for monthly rate selection.

3.      Please be reminded that even if you elect to pay on a monthly basis at $450 per session for Primary or $520 for Secondary or $570 for IGCSE/GCSE, you STILL have to pay for all the sessions in the month.

4.      For cancellation or rescheduling of private and semi-private sessions, YOU MUST GIVE US AT LEAST 24-HOUR NOTICE or the full tuition will be charged for the respective sessions.  This will be strictly enforced.

5.      Payment by cheque or cash accepted.  Cheques should be made out to “Bloom Academy”.
